As part of my commitment of increasing access to higher education, I organized a panel of first-generation PhD graduates to speak with a room full of Yale undergrads about our path to the PhD and the challenges we faced along the way. This was a continuation of an event I participated in with 1stGenYale in 2023 and 2024.
